Will the driver take me to the required destination?
Yes. When filling the reservation you should provide us with the address, the most exact possible (e.q. Hotel, Address, coordinates). If, when of the selection of the transfer the cost does not show, proceed to the next steps and confirm. We will send you the quote to your e-mail, as soon as we process you request.
How is the price calculated?
The price for the transfer is calculated based on the transfer from the Faro Airport to the destination. In case of a return transfer already booked, the price is the same as the arrival transfer and the driver will collect the total amount, in order to assure the reservation. Please do bear in mind the total capacity of the vehicle, as well as the luggage you will carry.
Will a delayed flight have an extra cost?
No. Considering the driver will monitor your arrival time by having its nr. no extra cost will be applied in this situation.
Can I travel with children under 12 years old?
Children, regardless of their age, will count as passengers. When of the booking, please do mention the number and ages of the children travelling with you, in order for the vehicle to be prepared in accordance to the Portuguese driving safety rules. The driver will be held the right to decline the service, in case it does not happen. For us, the safety of our passengers is a priority.
What should I consider traveling back to the Airport?
When of the reservation you will need 2 hours, prior embarkation, for checking in at the Airport. The pick up time should consider this schedule plus the drive to the Airport.
Will I be able to change my reservation?
Yes. Any change should be made at no extra charge, the latest until 24 hours prior the booked time for the transfer. You can also contact us through our email: email@example.com.
How will I find my driver?
In the case of the transfer being from the Airport, the driver will be at the arrivals gate, with a sign, with your name on. In an Hotel, it will be in the Lobby, next to the Front Desk and in a restaurant, next to its entrance, on the outside. In case somebody misses the meeting point, we will always contact you to the phone number you provided us with, when of the reservation.
Our drivers are well qualified, filling all the requirements needed to work for our company.
How can I pay for the transfer services?
The amount can be paid by bank transfer, when paid in advance, or in full, when arriving to your Resort (in order to assure the reservation, the whole amount for a return transfer, should be paid in full, at this moment). This payment should always be in Euros.
Will I be entitled to a refund in case of a cancellation?
Yes. In case the cancellation is requested until 48 hours prior to the time, which was scheduled for the service, or in case the company is responsible for the service not being provided. The refund will be done within 3 to 5 days (subject to bank service or kind of transaction).
